DOLFINA and IANDS SF Bay Chapter IANDS was founded by Nadia McCaffrey (CTFOD), a Near Death Experiencer whose first experience occurred at age seven, and two more in her adulthood. She has given presentations at the IANDS conferences which are available at http://www.iands.org/conferences.html  Since Fall 2004, Bay Area IANDS Chapter is coordinated by Rev. Jodell Bumatay and Rev. Liliana Lato who are ministers of DOLFINA - Ministry of Lucidity. Rev. Nadia McCaffrey has become involved with giving presentations about the death of her son Patrick McCaffrey who was killed in Iraq on June 22, 2004. Upon her return, Rev. McCaffrey will be continuing work as a local leader of a Southern California Chapter of IANDS. 
Rev. Jodell Bumatay is a DOLFINA spiritual teacher who is actually taking people to the Light and is capable of bringing the healing White Light into our physical body. Her students very often experience whole parts of the Near Death Experience process, though without dying and yet always shifting their Being from within. Rev. Jodell Bumatay is a lineage holder of the Ilocano Tribe, whose healing abilities are known to the Western Mind as Psychic Surgery. Such is the meaning of her ancient last name Bumatay - Psychic Surgeon or Gatekeeper of Death and Rebirth. Gatekeepers have held the portal between Life and Death, being and dreaming for thousands of years. She decided to facilitate a chapter of IANDS because guiding people through stages of dying has been her life work. The goal is to make people realize that dying is a natural process, a transition that our Soul is making toward the Spirit. In addition to that, she teaches that we are surrounded by death all the time, be it death of ideas, concepts, belief systems, relationships -- all sorts of changes that we go through in our life. When making transitions we need to let go of one thing to make space for the new one - for the Rebirth. Rev. Jodell Bumatay teaches classes about how to die and be reborn over and over again, how to use advanced psychic abilities co-creatively, and become a Light Being and a Living Spirit Guide. Jodell's invitation to IANDS meetings: "In 1999, I was given direction to prepare Light Workers to Travel Through the Tunnels to the Other Side; in 2000, I was given the mission to take people in the general public to the light (in a fifteen more or less time period in public). In 2001, I have been working to support Light Workers throughout CA, and NV. Our team calls ourselves The Clean Up Crew. We have been working on Rebirthing as many Light Beings as we can in the shortest amount of time. In 2002, I joined forces with the Foundation for Mind Being Research as an Advisor on their Board of Directors. In 2003, I was accepted by the National Philippines Healers Circle in Manila as a representative of the Ilocano Tribal Healing System of the Philippines. This past year, I have been working on anchoring Light Beings within their Light Circles. In this year, for the first time, I was led to take a group of people to the Crystal City as a group aware of seeing each other as well as Spirit Guides.
